How It Works

Staff bring their laundry from home in a clearly labelled bag (name, workplace and mobile number) and leave it at the Laundry Online Drop-Off Point within their workplace. Laundry Online collects bags on set collection days, washes, dries and folds everything in a professional facility, then returns it to the same drop-off point the following day (or delivers to home where available).

Collection Days & Turnaround

• Standard collection days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Bags dropped before the agreed cut-off (for example 11:00am) are returned the next day.
• Same-day options for uniforms may be available in some locations by agreement.
